Dandelion leaves as Vegetables?

Can Dandelion leaves be used as vegetables?

As rabbits eats dandelion leaves, would it be classed as something a dog would consume when eating a whole rabbit?

I have a huge load of dandelions growing in my old Torts pen, they are all organic and have had nothing put on them and are huge, could I add them in with my dogs vegetables?

I have eaten dandelion leaves in salads before now, so not issues with feeding to dogs; just ensure they have not been sprayed.
