How do I block email?

Hi, can anyone tell me how I go about stoping emails coming through from an unwanted source? I know it's possible but not sure how to do it?

I have found how to block calls and texts on my mobile but the email is a bit trickier!

There are two ways that immediately spring to mind. Your email client (The program on your PC.) may have the ability to filter spam email or your ISP (Sign on to your webmail.) may have some filter/spam options you can use. Most do!

Thunderbird definitely has a mail filtering facility/option.

Do you mean on your PC?
if you download the free version of Spamfighter, there`s a Block option. It gets put into a spam folder that you can check and empty.
