Dogs allowed freedom of Channel Island beaches again
The restrictions apply each year from the 1st May to 30th September inclusive, when dogs are not allowed on certain beaches or are restricted to a lead between the hours of 10:30am - 6:00pm.
The change in season also now means that horses are free to be exercised on the beaches at all hours of the day.

I believe this also applies to many beaches in the UK.
