Dogs on the catwalk
The couture-clad canines took part in the fun day at Mypetstop in Washington.
About 75 people and their pups took a walk to the boarding kennels and centre in Follingsby Lane.
Prizes were handed out for the best fancy dress, prettiest pup, golden oldie and waggiest tale, with winning costumes including Top Gun and Superman.
Top dog was Evie the seven-year-old terrier, who donned a traditional ‘lei’ of flowers and grass skirt to become a Hawaiian hula girl.

A nice way to thank customers for their loyalty who have enabled the kennels plan to expand, building spaces for more dogs.
