Dogs found in hot car at Runcorn hospital
Police were called around 2pm on Tuesday 9th September following reports that two boxer dogs were suffering from the effects of heat yesterday.
A spokeman said: "A male and female, were released from the unlocked vehicle. Members of the public assisted in attempting to rehydrate and cool down the dogs with water, however the male dog appeared unconscious and unresponsive.
